The wood-burning Nouveau Pizzeria is based on the Nouveau BBQ model with a grill and hotplate but with added integrated pizza oven at the top of the firebox. It does triple duty as a heat source, a barbeque and a pizza maker. Cooking accessories include a rotisserie, hell rotisserie, gas log lighter and davit handle. It includes a stainless steel weather shield. Don’t limit your cooking experience to just pizzas, you can bake, roast and feed the whole family. Pizzas for the kids, and something more adventurous for the adults.
